Amilia Studios is a boutique reformer pilates studio in Horsforth, Leeds, a welcoming, inclusive space where every body is supported to build strength, move well, and feel at home.

the challenge:

When Nicole, the founder of Amilia Studios, came to Got Juice, she had already done something really impressive - built a thriving boutique studio with a strong community and genuine customer love in just four months of opening. But she'd hit a ceiling, and she knew it.

Nicole was managing everything herself. Marketing, campaigns, content, strategy, all on top of running the studio day to day. She wasn't just looking for an agency to hand tasks off to; she wanted someone who would feel like part of her team. Someone she could bounce ideas with, who would take her vision and actually make it happen.

On the business side, the challenges were clear. Revenue was steady but memberships were quietly dropping, and competition in the Horsforth area was growing. She needed to protect what she'd built, reduce churn, increase lifetime value, and find a way to accelerate revenue, without burning out in the process.

Beyond the numbers, Nicole had a bigger ambition: to make Amilia Studios the go-to reformer pilates studio in Horsforth. She had the community foundations, the product, and the passion — she just needed the marketing firepower to take it further and wider.

That's where we came in.

OUR APPROACH:

We took a full-funnel approach to Amilia Studios' growth, building the strategy, the systems, and the content to drive results at every stage of the customer journey.

We started where revenue is won and lost: retention and conversion. A deep dive into their performance data revealed that a significant number of new customers were purchasing class credits and never attending. We built automated flows to re-engage those customers, get them through the door, and then keep them warm after their first class - nudging them naturally towards class packs and memberships. We also introduced a new client trial offer with a full automation sequence on the back end, designed to turn curious newcomers into committed regulars.

On the acquisition side, we launched a Black Friday campaign that immediately surpassed Amilia Studios' highest-ever revenue month and that momentum didn't stop there. Through ongoing targeted campaigns, a strong offer strategy, Meta ads, and consistent email marketing, we've seen steady month-on-month revenue growth.

We also grew their brand well beyond the studio walls. By developing a targeted brand partnership strategy, we secured collaborations with NEOM and Sweaty Betty, two highly recognisable names in wellness and activewear. We launched sold-out NEOM x Amilia Pilates events, and a summer retreat that sold out within hours of going live - demand so high, a second date had to be added.

Across every touchpoint, we produced all content, managed their social media, ran their Meta ads, and handled their email marketing end-to-end, giving the Amilia Studios team the freedom to focus on what they do best.
